The mission is to offer sanctuary, assistance, emotional and physical rehabilitation, and education in this regard.

HORAH is grateful to be a 2018 City of Laramie Community Partner Funding Recipient!
Although Home on the Range is an animal sanctuary, the services offered by HORAH benefit humans as well. 
Aside from offering a forever home to over 40 animals rescued from the Rocky Mountain Region, Home on the Range also offers a place for people to develop a healing relationship with nature.  The therapeutic benefits of forming a relationship with animals is undeniable, and whether one's rehabilitative needs are physical or emotional, there are a variety of activities that promote the humane interaction between those in need and the companion animals living at the sanctuary.
