The Flood

With all of the heavy snowfall and frequent rains over the past month, the barn at HORAH has been flooded. Not only has this forced us to displace some of the animals that live in the barn, but it has ruined a large amount of hay, feed, and supplements. Although we have sump pumps working around the clock, the water continues to stay at the same approximate level because the barn is located above an underground spring. If you are able to, please click on the ‘how to help’ tab on the top of the page and donate some lunch money for our hooved friends! Their stockpiles of food were supposed to last well into the summer. It would really help us out if you could donate even a few dollars. Thank you from HORAH!
